The Owl

Saturday, April 4, 2009 3:59 AM

The photo of the owl was taken by me. I was driving down a four lane highway and saw something sitting on the center line. I turned around and it was this guy. I thought it was a baby, so I poked at it with a flashlight, to make sure he wasn't going to bite. He didn't, so I reached down and picked him up. I put him in the passenger seat and he just sat there for a little bit. I went to complete reports and he bacame more and more active, eventually flying up and landing on the steering wheel. He just sat there for the photo op and watched me while I did my reports. I contacted a wildlife specialist, who came and picked him up. He was released back into the wild at the Sweetwater State Park.

I later found out this was a full grown owl.

About Us

Ken Harper
Amber started the company by perfecting her candles and melts. The boss spoke and I started researching soap and bath products. I had no idea of the benefits of handmade! The more I read, the more I was intrigued with the overall process and benefits. We keep our products as natural and pure as possible. The waxes and oils were carefully chosen, so you get the very BEST. Our candles are hand poured, one at a time. Our soaps are specially formulated and poured batch by batch.
